Since assuming office, Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin has embarked on a whirlwind of overseas visits to attract foreign investors. He has tried to push for lower interest rates to ease borrowing costs and most recently mooted the idea of raising the cap on foreign ownership in condominiums.
