Frequently asked questions

Can I join if I'm not a journalist?

Absolutely. The FCCT welcomes anyone interested in current events in Thailand and the Southeast Asia region. There are special categories for non-journalists.

Can students join?

Yes, and our most heavily discounted rate is for students — you just need to show proof of enrolment at an educational institution. The same low membership rates are available for anyone under 25.

Is the club only for foreigners?

Absolutely not. Many of our events focus on Thailand, many of our speakers are Thai, and so are many of our members — including some of our presidents.

Can I pay online?

Payments by bank transfer are welcome. You can also pay in person at the club by card or cash.
