What these terms cover

These terms apply to fccthai.com. They are not the terms of membership: being a member of the FCCT is governed by the club's constitution and by-laws, both published in full on this site. If you are looking for your rights or obligations as a member, those are the documents you want.

The site is operated by the Foreign Correspondents' Club of Thailand, a private association at Penthouse, Maneeya Center, 518/5 Ploenchit Road, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330.

Using the site

You are welcome to read the site, and to link to it. Please do not use it to break the law, to attempt to gain access to parts of it that are not public, or to interfere with its operation or with other people's use of it.

Forms on this site go to the club office. Please do not use them to send unsolicited advertising.

Our content

The writing, photographs and design on this site belong to the FCCT or to the people who made them, and are published here for readers of the site.

You may quote from the site with attribution, as you would any published source. Republishing an article, or using a photograph elsewhere, needs our permission first — write to info@fccthai.com. Photographs of exhibitions and events often belong to the photographer rather than to the club, so we may need to refer you on.

The FCCT name and logo are the club's.

Links to other sites

The site links to other organisations — reciprocal clubs, event registrations, news published elsewhere. Those sites are not ours, and we are not responsible for what they contain or what they do with your information. Their own terms apply once you arrive.

Accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate and current, particularly event details and membership rates. Things do change — dates move, prices are revised — so please confirm anything you are relying on by writing to info@fccthai.com or calling the club.

The archives are published as a record. Bulletins, magazine issues and news items describe the club as it was at the time and are not updated.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
